100% cotton-madras handkerchiefs in a selection of designs and colour-ways. Handcrafted in Chennai from one of India's oldest cloth merchants. Soft to the touch but incredibly hardwearing and absorbent, whether they are used to mop one’s brow or stem a flow, the handkerchief is the quintessential accoutrement that no Gentleman should be without.

ORIGIN
Like my forefathers, I have always considered the handkerchief an essential piece of kit and the carrying of one dignified. Having tired of plain-white monikered designs and also the plain silly, I was thrilled to receive my first madras check handkerchief (since childhood) from Saffron Darby one Christmas - the rest is history.
