wedding suits
fabulous tailoring takes time
“thank you for the suit you made me - i felt amazing wearing it on the big day and got so many compliments. we also had so much fun designing it with you, it was a wonderful part of the wedding preparations”
looking your best
Brown in Town takes great pleasure in dressing our grooms and indeed brides, from head to foot. We also take great care trying to find just the right shade of cloth for the occasion - never has the colour of a suit been more important than the colour of a wedding suit - for if you are to look your best on the day and for eternity in the wedding photos, it is of paramount importance to choose a colour which is most flattering.
Ergo, one must be organised, as not only can the cloth selection process take hours - sometimes requiring more than one appointment - the process of measuring our customer, ordering cloth and making the suit takes time. Weeks and months in fact. So, if you are considering commissioning a bespoke wedding suit, you need to leave yourself enough time.
“You really made the whole suiting-up process so enjoyable and relaxing that from the moment we first met a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders”
You may already have a clear idea of what you want to wear for your wedding, if that is the case then feel free to get in touch and make an appointment. However, If you have no idea where to start, or are unsure, Brown in Town are happy to provide you with advice not only on cloth, but also on the colour and design of your wedding suit. Of course, no suit would be complete without the rest of the kit and caboodle, so to this effect we offer shirts, ties, pocket squares and also shoes as part of our Atelier.
“thank you for your vision, patience and enthusiasm with creating a wedding suit for me. I looked absolutely splendid on my wedding day, in large part due to the magic you mustered”

Petronius 1926 was founded by Luigi Wollisch in Milan, where he began to produce high quality neckties made by hand. The business stayed in the heart of Milan for four decades.
Now in its third generation of the family business, the atelier is still based in one of the Lombard capital’s thriving neighbourhoods, maintaining a tradition set up by the company’s founder.
