The seed was sewn when we opted for a more generous cut in our Fox Flannels - Inspired by a commission for an Oxford bag style trouser, we were reminded yet again that high waisted trousers worn at the navel afford the wearer the most comfortable trousers. Just think; no slipping down no binding or digging into your hips and no cutting you in half when you sit down…heaven.
While we may not be adopting the higher waistband just now, nor the wide ankle - the straight leg cut, which affords the wearer more drape behind the thigh and the seat cut an inch bigger than usual, make these trousers are about as comfortable as they can be.
Worn with a long sleeve polo shirt tucked in, this retro style inspires something of the Cary Grant in one’s ensemble.
Made of wool, these flannels are very soft and luxurious - having the capacity to be both breathable and cosy, they can be as warm as they are cool and given the about of sitting one must do, these incredible comfortable Fox flannels are perfect.
